6. INDEMNITY
You will indemnify and hold harmless Foundation For Health , its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, customers, vendors, officers and employees from any liability, damage or cost (including reasonable attorney’s fees and cost) from (i) any claim or demand made by any third party due to, or arising out of your access to the Site, use of the Services, violation of the Terms of Use by you, or the infringement by you, or any third party using your account or Foundation For Health ID, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
7. ADVERTISING AND SPONSORSHIP POLICIES
The following guidelines have been established by Foundation For Health to govern various aspects of Advertising on our site and to clarify the distinction between Sponsored and Editorial content.
Foundation For Health has sole discretion for determining the types of Advertising that will be accepted and displayed on the Foundation For Health Web site, and under no circumstances shall Foundation For Health 's acceptance of any Advertisement or Sponsor be considered an endorsement of the product(s) and/or service(s) advertised or for the company that manufactures, distributes, or promotes such product(s) or service(s). All Advertising, Sponsorships and Promotions will be clearly identified as such either by label or design, and unambiguously differentiated from the site's editorial content and features.
Clicking on an ad will link visitors to an advertiser's site or to sponsored content on www.FoundationForHealth.org Sponsored content is labeled as such and the name of the sponsoring entity is displayed. If Sponsored Content appears in search results, it is labeled as "Sponsored" so that users can make informed decisions about the content they wish to view.
Foundation For Health reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove at any time any Advertising from the site for any reason and will provide prompt notice to the advertiser upon rejection, cancellation, or removal of any advertising, together with an explanation following the rejection, cancellation, or removal.
It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to comply with all applicable domestic and foreign laws, including applicable laws and regulations of regulatory bodies. This includes Direct to Consumer (DTC) pharmaceutical advertising. Foundation For Health will not monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations. However, Foundation For Health reserves the right to review all Advertising for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and if Foundation For Health becomes aware of any breach or potential breach of any applicable law or regulation or of these guidelines, Foundation For Health may remove the Advertising.
